To Be The Perfect Female Marine

My goals are:
  1. I currently weigh 96lbs. I will gain a minimum of 4lbs and maximum of 20lbs by the year 2010. My weight must be and stay steady between 100lbs and 116lbs.
  2. I will be able to jog or run a minimum of 3 miles in less than 21 minutes by the year 2010.
  3. I will be able to execute a minimum of 100 proper abdominal crunches in a 2 minute time period by the year 2010.
  4. I will be able to hold a flexed arm hang for a minimum of 70 seconds (1 minute 10 seconds) by the year 2010.

Throughout the years I spend in high school, I will be able to maintain these requirements after my goals are met. These are the goals required to recieve a perfect on each PFT (Physical Fitness Test) to be a female Marine. Eventually, I will be able to complete tasks 2-4 after each other in less than 2 hours.

After my goals have been met, I will continue to improve myself by reaching the requirements held for a male Marine. Those goals will be:

  1. I will be able to execute a minimum of 20 pull ups.
  2. I will be able to jog or run a minimum of 3 miles in an 18 minute time period.
  3. I will be able to execute a minimum of 100 abdominal crunches in a two minute time period.

After I am able to reach each goal, I will strive to complete each of these tasks one after the other in less than a 2 hour time period.
